Measure the height of your box. Under 2.4″ is a slim box. Between 2.4″ and 3.7″ is standard. Above 3.8″ is a tall Costco-style box. Cube boxes need a square cover, and there you should measure the base too.
Yes. Standard Kleenex boxes fit the Rectangular Fluted cover, and Kleenex cube boxes fit the square covers. Puffs, Scotties, and most store brands share the same dimensions.
Yes. Costco and Kirkland boxes use the standard footprint but stand taller, which is why a normal cover won't seat over them. The XL has 4.76″ of internal height to clear them.
